Clan Ruling Body

Founder members will administrate website & forums.

The founder members will be guardians of the clan ideals.

Two presidents & a vice president will be elected to ensure there is clear leadership.

A ruling council of seven will lead the clan along with the presidents & vice president and decisions will be made by a majority vote system.

The founding member retains a veto right over decisions and can over-rule if the ideals and ethos of the clan are threatened.

A war master will be chosen to lead the clan in the event of war & to arrange wars and practise wars.

Senators will be knowledgeable players who can advise the High Council or experienced, retired members who still wish to contribute.

Four members will become mage, melee, range & skill commanders.

There will be a head of multimedia responsible for all areas of graphics.

There will be three European Events Officers and US Events Officers

There will be three recruitment officers.

There will be initiate managers to take care of & guide new members.

Tkoe guardians will monitor the forums to ensure that members comply with the rules & follow the clan ethos.

There will be an extensive, automatic promotion system within the forums to reward active members.

Tkoe has created these ranks, not for the divisions they cause but rather to bring about an organization that is safe & secure for all members.

The ideals are protected by the founding member and that anyone betraying the ideals of Tkoe will be deleted from the annals of Tkoe history.
