We hope that you will have a wonderful time within this clan. It is an excellent community and you will find that the more that you put in to it, the more that you will get out of it. As with all things new, we understand that it can be a little daunting or confusing at first and so he is a little useful information that we hope will help to get you off on the right foot.

The forums are the life blood of the clan. Everything that is happening in and around the clan you will find in the forums. As you will have read in the clan Rules, all members are required to make a minimum of 7 posts each week, which can be either new topics or replies. The forums are where you will find out about what is going on in members lives, how their games are progressing, what others are up to, any little tips or tricks people have found along the way, all sorts really. If you have a question you need answering, a little bit of help or advice, if you have something you would like to share with everyone, either Runescape based or from real life, then the forums is the place for it. There is an inner clan rank system in place and the more you post and the more clan events you attend, the quicker you will rise through these ranks. The forums can take a little while to get your head around so please take a little while to have a read through each of the forums to get a feel for what is going on in each one.

We have a very varied selection of Clan Events from the skill based social events like Fishing and Wood Cutting all the way through the spectrum to those that are a little more risky like trips to the KBD, KQ and GWD. All events are open to all members to attend, all we ask is that you attend a minimum of 1 per week. A record is kept of attendance and there are monthly rewards for those who attend regularly. Please remember that to be credited for attending an event, you must post in the associated feedback topic. The Calendar will show you quickly and easily what events are going and where and every event has a topic in the Events forum which will give you further details on each event. Members will post in this topic if they are planning to go to an event so if you are not sure how to go on, feel free to contact any of them and they will be happy to show you the ropes. Clan Events take place every day and are an excellent way to get to know your fellow clannies.

There are currently 3 official clan chats in operation. The main one is Ged_Deschain. This is the general day to day chat and there is almost always a number of clannies on that you can chat to. This chat area is another great way to get to know your fellow members. The other two clan chats are ones that we reserve for use during events – they are Moogester and Tkoepk. The chat area to be used for an event will be posted in the event topic.

There is a very stong ethos here in TKOE. We have a set of rules that are mainly based around respect for others, both inside and outside of TKOE and doing what is right. There is a four week probationary period for all new members, but if you post on the forums regularly, come along to events, play the game honestly and fairly and with a respect for others then you will have no problems.
